I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all that you’ve done with my properties in Baltimore. I feel so silly using “Mr. Hitt” like you’re some kind of professional or something. You know I tease. Actually, it feels silly being so formal because of the relationship that has been formed between us. If someone would’ve told me that I would end-up using a Realtor to list and rent my home I would’ve told them that they don’t know me. The fact is, they don’t know you. And if they did, they would understand my decision. Your timely responses and updates, coupled with your knowledge, enthusiasm and all-out personality made the previous described “decision” an easy one. This testimonial may not be up to the usual “professional” standards of others, but you can’t argue that I’m the one that wrote it.
